We made our annual trip down to North Carolina. Although the trip started off rough, it ended up being a great trip. We headed out at 5am with the hopes that the kids would sleep most of the morning. We stopped for gas to fillup in Buchanan and both Megan and Jenna had to go to the bathroom. By noon, we had stopped 5 times and were making horrid time. It only went downhill from there. Jenna got car sick, and Jake came down with another case of Strep. So, we pulled into Asheville at 4:30 and went immediately to the Urgent Care clinic. That night, Leigh took a shower, reached into his duffle bag and sliced the top of his finger off with his razor. It bled forever.
Once that day was over, we had a great time.
